## Description {#description}

Every month the plan runs core, theme and plugin updates on a fixed schedule, then takes a full backup before and after so there is always a point to roll back to. Uptime and malware scanning run continuously in the background rather than on a set cadence, and if the site goes down we aim to respond within 4 business hours. The retainer costs 79 euro per month, billed monthly in advance by card. What is not included is design work, new page builds or content writing; those are quoted separately once the scope is known. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice, and there is no fixed term locking the account in beyond that. Because the plan is maintenance only, anything that changes how the site looks or reads stays outside it, which keeps the monthly scope predictable for both sides.
