Dental Implant Consultation

The consultation takes about 45 minutes and starts with a review of your dental and medical history followed by an examination and, where needed, a scan of the jaw. No anaesthetic is used during this first appointment, since no work is carried out beyond the assessment itself. Most patients need two to three visits before a treatment plan is finalised, spaced a few weeks apart to allow for scans and lab planning between them. The consultation fee is 60 euro, and this is separate from any cost of the implant procedure itself, which is quoted afterward based on the plan. There is no recovery time after this appointment since it is assessment only. Implants are not suitable for everyone, and factors such as bone density, gum condition and certain medical conditions are reviewed at the appointment before any recommendation is made.
